Your Responsibilities

• Telephone and personal acquisition of sales and rental mandates
• Advising and supporting clients throughout the entire sales process
• Creating appealing exposés for property presentation
• Promoting properties through various marketing channels
• Building and maintaining your own network of clients
• Facilitating negotiations between sellers and buyers
• Conducting market analyses and property valuations

Your Profile

• Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for real estate
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven negotiation ability
• Initiative, team spirit, and IT skills
• Fluent German skills (spoken and written)
• Driving licence category B
• Good networking in the region is desirable
• Impeccable reputation
