About the job
Your Tasks
- Operational and strategic management and further development of the Research Centre "Musical Education"
- Personnel management and promotion of junior staff as well as workload planning in the Research Centre
- Financial responsibility in the Research Centre, planning and support in third-party funding and project acquisition
- Supervision of master theses and doctoral dissertations
- Own research activity desired and possible with additional workload
Your Profile
- Doctorate in music education or a comparable discipline with a focus on music
- Leadership experience, preferably in a university context
- Successful third-party funding and project acquisition
- National and international networking
- Native German speaker or excellent German skills in spoken and written form (C2) as well as very good English skills; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
