In this role, you design innovative and reliable IT solutions that are flexible and cost-effective for customers. You plan and implement modern IT environments on-premise, in the cloud, or as hybrid solutions for SMEs and large companies. You rely on a powerful Swiss high-performance cloud to operate demanding IT infrastructures efficiently. You ensure systems run stably and contribute with your commitment to a proactive, modern, and sustainable IT operation. Through your efforts, you ensure that even complex infrastructures function smoothly at all times.
Responsibilities:
You continuously support and develop customers and their IT environments
You work with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, VDI and Sophos Firewalls
Maintenance, 3rd level support and assistance with technical issues are also part of your duties
You accompany customer teams in daily operations and independently find suitable solutions
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in system engineering and good analytical skills distinguish you
You bring solid know-how in Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, Teams, VMware Horizon and ESX
You work self-organised, empathetically and respectfully and are motivated to develop professionally
You have excellent written and spoken German and English
