- Organisation and coordination of nationwide field operations in Switzerland
- Scheduling appointments as well as assembling and coordinating installation teams
- Technical support and supervision of work performed at the customer site
- Analysis of faults, defects and technical problems on site
- Carrying out minor dismantling and corrective work as needed
- Development and coordination of appropriate remedial measures
- Preparation of reports for customers and internal quality management
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external installation partners
- Work within the company between field assignments
- Commissioning and fault finding in control systems at plant level
- Training as an electrician, electronics technician, automation technician or comparable electrical engineering qualification
- Technical understanding and good IT affinity
- Experience with aerial work platforms or corresponding certification is an advantage
- Independent, resilient, reliable and well-organised personality
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Willingness to work throughout Switzerland
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written, and driving licence category B
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Varied work in both internal and field service
