What Awaits You
You empower our general agencies in Eastern Switzerland to competently advise private individuals and SMEs on pension matters. In doing so, you act as a specialist coach, trainer, and sparring partner.
Your Impact with Us
You design and lead practical training sessions at the general agencies and accompany the professional development of our pension specialists and pension planners.
With your coaching and advice, you support the teams with demanding pension questions. In complex customer situations, you personally accompany discussions and contribute to suitable solutions.
Additionally, you train new insurance advisors in our courses in Bern and promote knowledge exchange through specialist forums and appropriate exchange platforms.
Your Profile
- Advanced professional training in pension and financial planning
- Several years of experience in selling pension products
- Experience in adult education and sales coaching
- Knowledge in advising or managing SMEs is a plus
- Enjoyment of new ideas and the ability to inspire people
- A sociable, goal- and solution-oriented personality with high independence
- Confident German at native speaker level

You work in a team of pension and training specialists that communicates openly, acts solution-oriented, and lives a lot of personal responsibility. Your workplace is Zurich but can be arranged flexibly. Your travel activity is about 60%.
