Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, one of the largest machine tool manufacturers worldwide with headquarters in Bern and around 5,000 employees at over 50 global locations, we are looking for a technically proficient individual for the group-wide consolidation and reporting system.
You will take on the technical responsibility for this system and continuously develop it together with Group Accounting, Corporate Controlling, and the finance organisations of the divisions. You combine business management expertise with a strong affinity for systems and make a significant contribution to the financial management of the international corporate group.

Responsibilities:
You bear the overall technical responsibility for the continuous development of the group-wide consolidation and reporting system (Infor BI)
You ensure smooth operation of the application, including user administration, master data maintenance, and coordination of external service providers
You work closely with Group Accounting, Corporate Controlling, and the finance organisations of the divisions to further develop a harmonised reporting and consolidation landscape
You are responsible for the quality, consistency, and availability of group-wide reporting and consolidation data
You create and develop management reports, dashboards, and analyses for group management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders
You participate in cross-departmental projects in the areas of reporting, consolidation, and finance systems and take on leadership roles in selected projects
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in group reporting, corporate controlling, group accounting, or in the environment of finance and consolidation systems
You have experience in supporting, introducing, or further developing consolidation, reporting, or CPM/EPM systems as well as good knowledge of group accounting, ideally Swiss GAAP FER
You have a strong IT affinity and experience with ERP systems (SAP advantageous), reporting solutions, and MS Excel
You convince with fluent German and English skills as well as an analytical, structured, and communicative personality
