What you will achieve

• You will bear the leadership and result responsibility for the locally deeply rooted Buchs branch and implement the business strategy in the region through goal-oriented market development activities.
• You will have overall responsibility for 25 employees and directly lead the corporate client team with 10 employees.
• You will manage your own corporate client portfolio in the areas of financing, investing, and pension provision, offering your customers first-class advice and attentive support.
• Expanding existing as well as acquiring new customer relationships will also be part of your duties.
• You will actively participate in the economic and social life in the market area (public events, occasions, etc.) and represent the bank publicly.

What you bring

• You have a higher banking or business administration qualification.
• You have many years of leadership experience and, thanks to your high social competence, you enjoy leading a dynamic team.
• You have several years of experience advising customers, especially in the corporate client segment, as well as sound knowledge in financing, investment, and pension business.
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and shaping it, are strong in communication, think entrepreneurially, act independently, and distinguish yourself through your negotiation skills as well as your sales and closing strength.
• You bring good knowledge of regional and local market conditions and are well networked accordingly.
