Your Tasks
- Patient-oriented care based on the definition of professional nursing, the nursing process and individual reference care in shift work (defined fixed days possible)
- Co-design of the patient process in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment
- Committed participation in the further development of the nursing profession
- Collaboration with those involved in leadership, education and professional development
Your Profile
- You have a qualification as a nurse HF/FH and have already gained professional experience in an acute hospital
- You enjoy working together as well as shaping and maintaining relationships with chronically ill people, but also take responsibility independently
- You feel comfortable in an innovative and development-oriented environment and are ready to actively help shape it
- You further develop your personal potential through self-reflection

The rheumatology ward cares for very diverse patient groups. Highly acute inflammatory autoimmune diseases that require emergency care, chronic pain patients who come for an intensive rehabilitation and exercise programme as inpatients, and eye patients, but also dermatological and other patient groups. We rely on young talents who want to engage with both specialist areas and enjoy the challenge of meeting the needs of these demanding heterogeneous patient groups.
