Main tasks:

• Legal processing: Drafting, reviewing and revising contracts and documents in the areas of corporate, commercial, labour and data protection law (including NDAs and standard contracts)
  
• Corporate Housekeeping & Governance: Support of group companies, preparation of commercial register changes and ensuring compliance with governance guidelines
  
• Committee support: Coordination, preparation and follow-up of board of directors, committee and general meeting sessions including agenda setting, minute taking and resolution implementation
  
• Contract Management: Accompanying the entire contract lifecycle and managing legal deadlines and databases
  
• Interfaces & Projects: Managing external legal advisors, designing internal compliance training and actively participating in the evaluation and implementation of legal tech solutions

• Education: Legal further education (CAS Paralegal, federal specialist certificate legal expert) or academic degree (Bachelor of Law / Business Law)
  
• Professional experience: At least 3–5 years of solid practical experience in a corporate legal environment or a commercial law firm
  
• Expertise: Proficient in Swiss corporate and contract law, routine in corporate housekeeping and committee organisation
  
• Digital mindset: High IT affinity and enthusiasm for process optimisation; user experience with legal tech or contract management tools is a clear advantage
  
• Personality: Structured, precise and discreet working style, high integrity, team spirit as well as assertiveness with changing priorities
  
• Languages: Fluent German, good English
