IT Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF150,000 - 170,000Role:
In this role, you will shape the strategic development of IT and information security and drive the bank's digital transformation decisively forward. You are responsible for a secure, stable, and regulatory-compliant operation of the entire IT landscape. As Head of IT Services & Provider Management, you will manage external providers purposefully and ensure professional provider management. In addition, you act as the central contact person for the executive management, external partners, and supervisory authorities, thereby significantly influencing the technological direction.
Responsibilities:
Strategically manage the bank-wide IT and further develop the IT and information security organisation
Manage IT providers through procurement, SLA, incidents, escalations, as well as change and release management
Be responsible for outsourcing governance, contracts, risks, and regulatory compliance
Professionally manage BCM, operational resilience, cyber risk, and regulatory IT requirements
Lead IT projects, advise executive management, and lead employees both professionally and personally
Qualifications:
Several years of IT experience in a bank or a similarly regulated financial institution
Solid experience in outsourcing, provider management, and business continuity management
Confident understanding of IT governance, information security, as well as IT risk and control systems
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding outsourcing, operational risk, and resilience
Strong leadership, stakeholder, and consulting skills at management level
