In a stable environment, we actively support you in your professional and personal development. In our guard station, we treat and care for patients with somatic and psychiatric illnesses. All patients are in custody.

What to expect

• Supervision of FH students during internships according to training mandate and job description
• Imparting professional skills
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance in nursing within the shared governance team
• Holistic care and support of patients with acute, chronic, and psychiatric illnesses of varying complexity
• Ensuring coordinated, patient-centred care, especially with the medical and supervision and care teams

What you bring

• Qualified nurse HF or FH with professional experience in acute care
• Qualification as a vocational trainer or willingness to obtain it
• High professional, personal, and social competencies as well as resilience and organisational skills
• Commitment to team-oriented, interdisciplinary collaboration as well as enthusiasm for innovation and openness to new things
• Foreign language skills
