YOUR TASKS
- Instrument handling and assisting during procedures in the following areas:
- Orthopaedics including robot-assisted procedures and traumatology
- Spine, hand, and plastic surgery
- Urology & gynaecology including Da Vinci robotics
- Visceral surgery
- Ensuring a smooth, high-quality, and complication-free operating theatre process
- Proactive, reliable, and committed participation in all procedures
- Participation in daily operations as well as – depending on workload and function – in late and on-call duties
- Active shaping and further development of processes, quality standards, and interdisciplinary collaboration within the operating theatre team
Additional Vocational Training Tasks
- Support and promotion of OP Technician HF students in everyday practice
- Planning and coordination of practical training
- Conducting learning and assessment discussions
- Close collaboration with the cross-location vocational training team, schools, and operating theatre management
- Further development of training quality and active involvement in shaping educational processes in the operating theatre
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as Certified Specialist in Operating Theatre Technology HF
- Completed or planned further training as a vocational trainer
- Several years of professional experience in the operating theatre is an advantage
- High quality and responsibility awareness
- Resilience, teamwork skills, and flexibility
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Joy in the profession and strong professional commitment
- Interest in passing on knowledge and enjoyment in working with learners
