1st Level IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss manufacturing company focused on high-quality solutions for demanding and regulated applications. With modern manufacturing technologies, high technical competence, and consistent quality standards, the company supplies customers nationally and internationally. Precision, reliability, and continuous development are central to its operations.
Responsibilities:
First point of contact in first-level support for software systems
Escalation and coordination of open issues with second- and third-level support
Supporting users through training, workshops, and the creation of documentation
Creation of reports and dashboards for various company departments
Conducting tests for new releases and updates
Managing users and access rights as well as participating in IT projects
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of business software such as ERP, DMS, or CAQ systems
Experience with helpdesk and ticketing tools
Training in IT or solid several years of practical experience in a similar role
Desirable: knowledge of ERP Sage b7, DMS d.3, CAQ, and SQL
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as solid English skills
