What you can contribute

• Advise line managers on all topics related to the employee lifecycle
• Provide support to line managers in budgeting personnel costs
• Support reorganisation and transformation projects, and actively participate in management meetings
• Take responsibility for implementing HR processes in accordance with current standards and regulations
• Actively participate in the development of HR processes within projects and working groups

What makes you unique

• University degree (University of Applied Sciences/university) in human resources and business administration as well as a federal HR diploma
• Several years of experience in human resources consulting and supporting organisational development and change processes
• Autonomous person, team-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Work style focused on delivery and solutions, combined with agility, structure, resilience and a strong work ethic
• Very good command of MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of two official languages and English, both spoken and written
