What you can contribute
- Advise line managers on all topics related to the employee lifecycle
- Provide support to line managers in budgeting personnel costs
- Support reorganisation and transformation projects, and actively participate in management meetings
- Take responsibility for implementing HR processes in accordance with current standards and regulations
- Actively participate in the development of HR processes within projects and working groups
What makes you unique
- University degree (University of Applied Sciences/university) in human resources and business administration as well as a federal HR diploma
- Several years of experience in human resources consulting and supporting organisational development and change processes
- Autonomous person, team-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Work style focused on delivery and solutions, combined with agility, structure, resilience and a strong work ethic
- Very good command of MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of two official languages and English, both spoken and written
