- You analyse and process support requests in 1st and 2nd level and collaborate with external partners in 3rd level if necessary.
- You manage networks, servers, and software solutions in daily operations and ensure their smooth operation.
- You set up new workstations and mobile devices and assist users with practical tips.
- You document your knowledge in a structured manner and contribute to continuous improvement.
- You bring solid know-how in Windows, O365, networks, and mobile device management.
- You enjoy working in a team, think proactively, are reliable, and service-oriented.
- You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and keep an overview even under pressure.
- Fluent German skills (C2) and business fluent English (C1) are required due to the international corporate structure; French would be a great plus.
- Possession of a category B driving licence.

Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for IT questions regarding workstations, peripherals, and the ERP system.- You analyse and process support requests in 1st and 2nd level and collaborate with external partners in 3rd level if necessary.
- You manage networks, servers, and software solutions in daily operations and ensure their smooth operation.
- You set up new workstations and mobile devices and assist users with practical tips.
- You document your knowledge in a structured manner and contribute to continuous improvement.
Profile
- You have completed training in the field of computer science (e.g. IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ) or have several years of professional experience in a comparable role.- You bring solid know-how in Windows, O365, networks, and mobile device management.
- You enjoy working in a team, think proactively, are reliable, and service-oriented.
- You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and keep an overview even under pressure.
- Fluent German skills (C2) and business fluent English (C1) are required due to the international corporate structure; French would be a great plus.
- Possession of a category B driving licence.
