A traditional international company is seeking a committed Business Partner for Controlling, who actively develops production sites and establishes group-wide standards. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom, direct collaboration with management, and the opportunity to sustainably shape controlling processes. We are looking for a proactive personality with solid SAP experience, who translates complex production data into concrete recommendations for action and drives change proactively.
- Preparation of sound profitability analyses for investment decisions and make-or-buy scenarios
- Advising plant management on cost and efficiency improvement potentials
- Analysis of target-actual deviations and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
- Further development of SAP controlling systems and optimisation of reporting structures
- Several years of experience in controlling necessary
- Very good SAP knowledge, preferably in S/4HANA
- Strong communication skills and structured, solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German and good English skills are required
- High degree of creative freedom in harmonising controlling standards
- Dynamic environment with varied daily challenges
- Flat hierarchies enable quick decision-making

Responsibilities
- Standardisation of calculation standards across all international production sites- Preparation of sound profitability analyses for investment decisions and make-or-buy scenarios

Profile
- Completed studies in business or comparable qualification required- Several years of experience in controlling necessary
- Very good SAP knowledge, preferably in S/4HANA
- Strong communication skills and structured, solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German and good English skills are required
