Your tasks
- Carrying out transports according to disposition and performing crane operations
- Overall responsibility for the workshop operation (organisation, processes and infrastructure)
- Ensuring efficient site logistics and material availability
- Disposition of machines, equipment and company-owned construction cranes
- Leadership and deployment planning of the workshop team
- Responsibility for maintenance, servicing and procurement of inventory in close cooperation with purchasing
- Interface coordination between construction sites, site managers and suppliers
Your profile
- Completed training in construction (e.g. bricklayer with federal certificate of competence or equivalent)
- Several years of practical experience in construction or workshop environment, ideally with leadership experience (e.g. foreman or site manager)
- Strong organisational skills as well as independent and structured working style
- Technical understanding combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Driving licence category B and BE
- Crane training and forklift licence or willingness to acquire these
- Team-oriented, reliable and communicative personality
