Locksmith - Metal Fabricator M/F - Geneva

We are seeking a locksmith-metal fabricator to carry out the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

• Reading technical plans and identifying materials
• Adjusting the parameters of machines and equipment
• Checking the operation of the equipment
• Workshop fabrication (doors, fire doors, barriers, handrails…)
• Installation on site, new build and renovation (doors, metal framework, curtain walls …)
• Welding steel/aluminium/stainless steel and various alloys according to standards (TIG, MIG-MAG)
• Finishing and taking measurements (cutting, drilling, milling, shearing, notching, filing and grinding)
• Cutting (plasma, air-arc...) and shaping by bending, curving, oxy-cutting
• Welding frames and complex parts in stainless steel

Profile sought:

• Professional experience in Switzerland is an advantage.
• Certified welder or equivalent diploma
• Mastery of TIG, MIG-MAG welding procedures
• Good knowledge of metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminium)
• Compliance with safety standards
• Person who is autonomous, organised, quick and versatile
• Driving licence is an advantage
