CNC Setter Mechanic - Willemin-Macodel 408 (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, a human-sized company specialised in precision machining, located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a CNC Setter Mechanic on Willemin-Macodel 408 (M/F) for a permanent position.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the settings and start-up of Willemin-Macodel 408 CNC machines.

• You will carry out series changes and adjustments necessary for production.

• You will machine high-precision components according to technical drawings.

• You will guarantee production monitoring and the proper functioning of the equipment.

• You will perform dimensional and aesthetic checks on the machined parts.

• You will optimise machining parameters to ensure quality and productivity.

• You will carry out first-level maintenance of the machines.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic, precision mechanic or an equivalent qualification.

• You have solid experience in setting Willemin-Macodel 408 CNC machines.

• You master machining techniques and material removal processes.

• You possess excellent knowledge in reading technical drawings and dimensional control.

• You are capable of working independently on settings and start-ups.

• You demonstrate rigour, precision and excellent organisational skills.

• You enjoy working within a small team and are versatile.

• You are an autonomous, reliable person who cares about the quality of your work.
