Responsibilities:
- You receive faults and technical problems, analyse them, and ensure their sustainable resolution.
- In this role, you support and assist users with all IT concerns.
- As an IT service and helpdesk specialist, you install clients and keep their hardware and software components up to date.
- You manage and maintain the Active Directory including the associated user and system permissions.
- In this role, you evaluate and procure suitable hardware and software systems and accompany their implementation.
- You maintain an up-to-date and complete IT inventory and ensure data quality.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) as an IT specialist
- Several years of professional experience in IT, ideally in IT support
- Sound knowledge of current information technologies and the Windows environment
- Experience in planning and evaluating hardware and software in client/server environments
- Service-oriented, solution-focused working style with networked thinking and good interpersonal skills
- Confident in German at B1 level and basic knowledge of French (A1)
