An exciting interface function for an IT-savvy person interested in HR processes and modern business applications. You ensure that central HR systems function reliably, continuously develop their use and support the specialist departments with technical and procedural questions.
From system support through interfaces and support to releases and digitalisation initiatives, you can expect a varied range of tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of applications for HR, payroll and time management
Monitoring ongoing operations as well as maintaining system documentation and interfaces to adjacent applications
Supporting HR departments with technical questions and handling complex support cases
Coordinating fault rectifications, maintenance windows and technical adjustments with internal and external partners
Organising and conducting tests for releases, updates and system changes
Participating in digitalisation projects and the continuous optimisation of HR processes and applications
Qualifications:
Education or further training in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in the support and responsibility of business applications, ideally in the HR environment
Experience with Abacus HR/payroll, time management or comparable systems is an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI as well as strong IT affinity
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, independent working style and high quality awareness
Very good German skills and strong customer and service orientation
