Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the operation of medium-voltage transformers and machine controls, including maintenance, repair, and optimisation of production facilities, demonstrating sound electrical engineering expertise
- Conducting fault analyses and troubleshooting to minimise production downtime, evidencing technical problem-solving skills and quick responsiveness
- Meticulous documentation of completed work and active participation in improvement projects, showing a structured working method and willingness to innovate
- Close team cooperation to ensure production quality and customer satisfaction, demonstrating teamwork and customer-oriented thinking
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an electrician, automation technician, or comparable qualification, combined with professional experience in maintenance or plant assembly, evidencing solid technical foundations and practical experience
- High technical understanding with pronounced problem analysis and solution skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively resolve faults
- Team spirit and independent, motivated working style, showing effective collaboration and responsible action
- Willingness for continuous further training and to meet new challenges, evidencing eagerness to learn and adaptability
