For our client, a company active in international transport and multimodal logistics, offering tailor-made solutions by road, sea, air and rail, we are looking for a Quality Officer at 70% - 100% for a permanent position. Your tasks with your new employer

• You manage and develop the quality management system ensuring its full compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• You prepare, organise and conduct internal and external audits guaranteeing a rigorous and objective assessment of current practices
• You identify areas for improvement, develop corresponding action plans and ensure their follow-up until concrete implementation
• You manage detected non-conformities and oversee quality indicators to anticipate risks and secure internal processes
• You train and raise awareness among teams about quality requirements to embed a sustainable culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation
• You ensure constant normative and regulatory monitoring to guarantee the company’s compliance with legal developments in the sector

You offer your new employer

• You hold a qualification in quality or an equivalent field that has provided you with solid methodological foundations
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the transport or logistics sector
• You have obtained an ISO 9001 internal auditor certification and have proven experience in conducting internal and external audits
• You are fluent in French and have a good level of English; an additional language is appreciated in an international context
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, rigour and a keen sense of organisation, complemented by real communication and teaching abilities
