Role:
In this role, you shape digital changes so that business and laboratory processes become simpler, more uniform and more efficient. You take on the management of demanding IT projects with a focus on SAP and ensure their structured, reliable implementation. You are responsible for the conception, coordination and control of platforms, networks and cloud solutions that enable the secure operation of central processes. You analyse existing workflows, identify optimisation potentials and implement these together with the relevant stakeholders. With your senior IT expertise, you contribute decisively to ensuring a modern, stable and future-proof system landscape.
Responsibilities:
You manage complex IT projects from planning to successful implementation.
You evaluate modern cloud, data and automation solutions and integrate them into existing structures.
You connect business, IT and external partners and translate requirements into future-proof solution designs.
You coordinate appointments, resources, dependencies and risks and ensure high-quality implementation.
You continuously develop digital platforms and integrations and introduce new technologies into the company.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, engineering or a comparable education.
You bring several years of experience in managing demanding digitalisation or technology projects.
You are familiar with cloud architectures, data platforms, integrations and modern enterprise solutions, such as Azure, AWS, APIs or SAP technologies.
You convince with a strong understanding of projects, analytical thinking and confident handling of risks and dependencies.
You communicate fluently in German and ideally can also communicate in English or French.
