Mandated by a CMS in the canton of Vaud we are looking for
Nurse in CMS M/F
-You hold a HES Nursing diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
- 2 years of experience including 6 months in Switzerland
- You have a vehicle and are less than 30 minutes from Morges - Mandatory
- You have an excellent knowledge of the protocols and standards in force in the medical field
- You have skills in nursing care and basic techniques.
- You possess strong interpersonal and social skills with residents
- Sense of responsibility and solution orientation
-You ensure respectful support of patients' autonomy and choices, within a caring, reassuring and calming framework.
-You write a written report after each intervention, detailing precisely the assessment carried out, the care provided and the chosen directions.
