Supply Chain Risk & Compliance Manager 100% (m/f/d)

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on the professional responsibility for risks in procurement and supply chain. The focus is on risk identification, due diligence, governance, and the further development of corresponding processes and standards.
Responsibilities:
You manage risk analyses for purchasing, suppliers, and international supply chains.
You prioritise risk measures and check their effectiveness.
You establish processes for prevention, early detection, and crisis management.
Further development of risk structures in corporate procurement.
You develop standards and tools for risk management further.
Provide management reports and decision-making bases.
You train internal contacts on risk and due diligence topics.
In crises, you coordinate appropriate response and resilience measures.
Qualifications:
Completed studies in engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management, ideally in an international environment.
Solid practical experience in supply chain risk management and due diligence.
Knowledge of common methods such as risk matrix, FMEA, BCP, and ISO 31000.
Familiarity with relevant ESG and supply chain regulations such as CSDDD, CSRD, and LkSG.
Analytical and conceptual working style with a strong understanding of processes.
Confident appearance towards various stakeholders up to senior management level.
Very good German and English skills as well as willingness to travel occasionally for business.
