Job Description

• You will receive customer enquiries and handle technical problems
• Customer identification and assistance with the migration to the new E-Banking login application
• Opening hours from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 and 21:00
• Part-time possible from Monday to Friday (morning or afternoon shifts)
• Flexible working hours (7:00 - 21:00) from Monday to Friday with an extended lunch break
• Workload: 100% during the training phase, afterwards 50-100% possible

We expect

• Swiss German / German as mother tongue (spoken and written)
• French and/or Italian skills spoken and written at level B2/C1 are a MUST
• Service orientation, good PC skills and experience to facilitate customer service entry
• A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
