The mental health division consists of two EPSMs and a transitional structure towards integration. The EPSM Villa Ruchonnet offers psycho-social support to 23 women affected by mental health issues, enabling them to engage in a recovery process within a mission of maintenance and rehabilitation.

To complement the skills of the psycho-social team at EPSM Villa Ruchonnet located in the centre of Lausanne, we are looking for a social and educational assistant at 80%-100%

Desired profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as social and educational assistant or assistant in care and community health
• Experience in mental health is an asset
• Recovery-oriented approach
• Experience or interest in conducting interviews and networking
• Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Energy, agility, autonomy, rigour
• Reflectiveness and emotional management
• Driving licence required
