Maintenance & Safety Project Coordinator
Permanent contract / Crans-Montana, Switzerland
We are looking for our next Maintenance & Safety Project Coordinator who plays a central role in managing, planning and monitoring projects related to campus infrastructure. He/she ensures the implementation of initiatives aimed at guaranteeing a safe, functional and compliant learning and living environment, in line with the high standards of a leading hospitality institution.
Project management (70%)
* Coordinate and monitor infrastructure improvement, renovation or modernisation projects.
* Prepare project plans: scope, deadlines, resources, budgets, deliverables.
* Liaise with internal departments, external service providers and local authorities.
* Organise and lead project meetings, write reports and ensure that actions are implemented.
* Ensure that work complies with current standards (safety, sustainability, accessibility).
* Administrative management and invoice tracking in Dynamics
Maintenance/Security (30%)
* Contribute to the optimisation of operational processes and the maintenance of hospitality standards on campus.
* Participate in internal and external audits related to safety (security, fire, hygiene).
* Monitor mandatory regulatory checks (fire extinguishers, alarms, lifts, technical equipment).
We are looking for someone who has :
Technical skills
* Knowledge of technical building systems (HVAC, electricity, fire safety).
* Good command of digital tools, Dynamics an asset.
* Basic knowledge of project management (methods, planning, reporting).
* Understanding of Swiss safety and maintenance standards (an asset).
Behavioural
* Excellent organisational skills and sense of priority.
* Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
* Service-oriented, with a strong focus on user experience/hospitality.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a variety of audiences.
Required Profile
* Technical training (CFC, ES) or significant experience in a similar role.
* Experience in technical or operational project management.
