Billing Assistant (Finance Department) - 80%

Organised, autonomous and meticulous, you appreciate the variety of tasks and know how to manage several files simultaneously with efficiency. Your sense of service and analytical mind allow you to understand situations, identify issues and challenges, and then seek relevant and sustainable solutions.
If you recognise yourself in this profile, here are the tasks that will shape your daily work:
- Ensure the billing of laboratory services to patients, health insurance funds and institutions, as well as the management and follow-up of reimbursements;
- Manage reminders and ensure the administrative follow-up of debt collection files;
- Handle refusals from health insurance funds, including returns, reversals and re-billings;
- Respond to requests from patients, insurers and institutions related to the billing of services.
Required skills
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent
- Proven experience in billing
- Very good knowledge of common office software and advanced level in Excel
- Experience and ease with integrated management tools (ERP)
- Excellent ease in written correspondence and telephone exchanges with a customer-oriented approach
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset
- Experience or good knowledge of the medical field, particularly in laboratories, is a plus!
