Professional Specialist Dispatch Administration
Tasks
- Administrative processing of tasks related to dispatch, especially preparation of shipments
- Active communication with transhipment hall employees and drivers
- Dispatch of outgoing groupage trucks, coordination and computerised control of loading
- Entry and transmission of data
- Verification of documents and legally required supporting documents
- Notification of docks and shipments in the receiving building
Qualifications
- Completed training, preferably as a transport and logistics agent or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of handling dangerous goods
- Knowledge of German and English
- Communication skills
