Employee Sales Support & Scheduling
Your tasks
- You ensure the timely redemption and inspection of our vehicles
- You organise and coordinate vehicle inspections as well as special inspections
- You carry out trade-in tests on used vehicles
- You receive new vehicles and check them for completeness as well as visual and technical defects
- You coordinate and process vehicle damage upon delivery
- You create vehicle images for publication on online platforms
- You prepare vehicles for deliveries and transports
- You ensure order and cleanliness in the used car area
- You support the used and new car managers in daily business
Your profile
- Completed training in the automotive industry or a comparable qualification
- Technical understanding and enjoyment in dealing with vehicles
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Organisational talent and strong sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Driving licence category B
