About the job
Your Tasks
- Team Leadership: You lead your 5-member payroll team professionally and personally, and promote it purposefully.
- Payroll Processing: You ensure with your team the correct and timely payroll processing for 2,200 people (including year-end closing).
- Operational Work: You actively assist in daily payroll and time management (system RTM / Perigon).
- Process Development: You help to further develop our HR service centre and optimise the processes.
- Interfaces: You connect the locations and improve collaboration with the decentralised HR administration.
Your Profile
- Education: Completed basic training plus further education in payroll or social insurance.
- Leadership: You have already gained experience in leading teams.
- Numbers & IT: You love numbers, have strong analytical skills and are familiar with HR tools, especially Abacus.
- Hands-on Mentality: You enjoy operational work in everyday life and want to make a difference.
- Language: Very good German skills.
