What Awaits You

As a Product Owner, you are part of the "Process Contract Management" department as well as an agile, interdisciplinary team responsible for providing data products in the core processes of the insurance business in the non-life sector.

What You Achieve With Us

You actively shape the development of our data products for the core processes of the non-life insurance business. Based on data from the involved feature teams, you ensure that the data is consolidated, processed, and optimised for evaluation (Hadron stack). On this basis, professional reports are created for the stakeholders of the core processes of the non-life insurance business (Power BI). For this, you rely on your openness in dealing with people, your curiosity, and your resilience in handling uncertainties in topics that are under development, and you are ready to explore new paths.
 

As a service-oriented person, you conduct active customer and stakeholder management and develop customer solutions in close collaboration with the Product Manager, IT architects, business analysts, and the agile team with high quality.

In the role of Product Owner, you are responsible for the professional leadership of the agile team. You gather requirements, prioritise implementation in the backlog, and enable the continuous new and further development of processes.

What You Bring

• Completed studies or further education in business administration, business informatics, or a similar field
• Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role
• Solution-oriented, independent, and goal-driven working style with the ability to maintain an overview in a complex environment
• Strong communication skills with pronounced team and customer orientation as well as strong assertiveness
• Experience in data analysis and data engineering is an advantage
• Experience in the insurance industry in the non-life sector is an advantage
• Experience with the SAFe framework is an advantage
• Fluent German skills and good English skills
