• You are the first point of contact for your clients regarding insurance and offer them personalised solutions.
• You actively acquire new clients.
• You develop existing relationships and support your clients in your region.
• You advise both individuals in the areas of pensions and property and casualty insurance, as well as small businesses with flexible solutions.
• You support your clients in person or remotely, using modern digital work tools.

What you bring

• You have extensive professional experience as a certified AFA insurance intermediary.
• You can present a successful track record in pensions and Non-Life insurance.
• You are open to our holistic advisory approach and the use of digital tools.
• You demonstrate strong personal motivation, endurance, and empathy, enabling you to proactively identify clients’ needs.
• You work independently and responsibly, while being a true team player.
• You also handle administrative tasks with ease.
• You possess excellent spoken and written French; additional language skills are an advantage.
• You have a solid personal network in the region.
• Specific insurance training is a plus.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
