What you can influence.

• You are responsible for the Usage and Acquisition team for the Greater Zurich region, including the main station, urban stations and Europaallee, balancing economic objectives and high quality of stay.
• With your team of about 9 people, you acquire new tenants and develop an attractive rental mix for the portfolio you manage.
• You lead and develop your team both strategically and operationally, creating clarity on objectives, priorities and results.
• You develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners on an equal footing.
• You carefully prepare demanding negotiations and lead them to conclusion in order to attract suitable partners for the properties. You represent property management in steering committees of major projects.
• You participate in conceptual, strategic or product-related projects at a higher level and take the lead if necessary.

What you bring.

• Leadership and enjoyment in developing employees, with clear and appreciative communication.
• Great ease in negotiation and solid stakeholder management in demanding real estate environments.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic and field-oriented approach.
• Several years of experience in real estate or in the marketing/usage of retail, gastronomy and office spaces, and success in supporting complex projects.
• University or University of Applied Sciences degree in business administration, real estate/Real Estate Management or related discipline, complemented by several years of managerial experience in a comparable role.
• Fluency in German spoken and written (C2) and good knowledge of French and/or English (B1).
