For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Biel/Bienne BE area, we are looking for a reliable and technically skilled individual as a Polymechanic CNC Manufacturing 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will work in mechanical manufacturing and, depending on experience, take on tasks in CNC milling, CNC turning, or comparable processing. You will set up machines, manufacture parts according to drawings, and ensure that quality, dimensional accuracy, and deadlines are met.
- Manufacturing single parts, small series, or series according to drawings and specifications
- Processing mechanical components with high quality requirements
- Performing dimensional checks, quality inspections, and corrections
- Reading and implementing technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and inspection plans
- Changing and adjusting tools, clamping devices, and fixtures
- Optimising machining processes in collaboration with team leadership or production planning
- Maintenance and care of machines as well as ensuring a clean workplace
- Collaboration with manufacturing, quality assurance, production planning, and production
- Experience in CNC milling, CNC turning, or mechanical manufacturing
- Confident reading of technical drawings and understanding of tolerances
- Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, or comparable systems is an advantage
- Quality-conscious, precise, and reliable working style
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for precise manufacturing
- Willingness to take responsibility for quality and clean workflows
- Team-oriented and resilient personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on the area of deployment

Profile
