Service Technician (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss mechanical engineering company focusing on innovative manufacturing and joining technologies. With high engineering competence, state-of-the-art production processes and many years of experience, the company develops and produces high-quality machines and system solutions for demanding industrial applications. Quality, precision and innovative strength are at the core.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and performing service work on-site at customers, as well as technical
support for service partners worldwide - Telephone and personal, on-site customer advice and support
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Assembly and commissioning of machines and systems
- Primarily office-based work, partly also field service
- Conducting product and application training
- Service-related administrative tasks
Qualifications:
A technical, electromechanical basic education
Experience with automated systems, controls, machinery and toolmaking is an advantage
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering and electronics
Very good German and English skills
