Returns and Recycling Team Leader Aclens

Join the adventure of the first Denner distribution centre in French-speaking Switzerland! As the returns team leader, you guide your teams, optimise flows, and ensure quality and deadline compliance. Every action makes a difference and helps keep Denner's heart beating.

Important notes: Hours Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, about 6 Saturdays to manage peaks related to public holidays.

What you accomplish

• Lead a team of 9 employees organisationally and technically
• Transport wheeled containers to the order preparation area to ensure smooth preparation processes
• Ensure smooth process flow and contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement processes in operational activities
• Receive and process items destined for disposal from stores and, in some cases, pre-sort according to container type
• Be jointly responsible for implementing occupational safety instructions; inform the department head of incidents and/or situations
• Participate regularly in container inventories and continuously monitor the proper functioning of the RCT system

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
• Specialisation: in logistics, complemented by a federal specialist certificate in logistics
• Professional experience: 3-5 years in a comparable role
• Experience managing a small team, team spirit and flexibility
• Analytical mindset, process-oriented and able to think networked
• High degree of personal responsibility, autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience in planning and organising routes, as well as good knowledge of the transport sector
• French (C1)
• German (A1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
