Your Tasks
- Competent advice to our customers as well as active sales of motorcycle clothing, helmets and accessories
- Receipt, processing and follow-up of orders
- Support of customers with general enquiries and concerns
- Independent handling of returns and warranty cases
- Care and presentation of the sales area for an attractive shopping experience
- Operation of the cash register system and execution of daily cash reconciliations
- Execution of general administrative and organisational tasks
- Assistance with inventory management as well as maintenance and organisation of the assortment
Your Profile
- Completed training in retail or comparable professional experience in sales
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
- Working days primarily Thursday - Saturday (Tuesday and Wednesday during holidays or absence cover)
- Interest in motorcycles and motorcycle clothing; motorcycle knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
- Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
- Confident handling of common computer applications and cash register systems
- Team-oriented, resilient and flexible personality
