What is my role?

• Independent handling of export orders from order entry to shipping

• Organisation, coordination and monitoring of national and international transports

• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely delivery

• Communication and coordination with customers, freight forwarders, customs agents and internal departments

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an export specialist or foreign trade specialist

• You have experience in export processing and handling customs software

• Very good English skills, both spoken and written, are a matter of course for you

• You work in a structured and careful manner and keep an overview even with many tasks

• You are characterised by communication skills and the ability to work in a team

• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP rounds off your profile
