Your Tasks
- Support in recruiting and onboarding employees
- Cleaning of resident rooms as well as public areas and offices
- Coordination and monitoring of daily cleaning tasks including compliance with area times
- Leadership and training of employees
- Adherence to prescribed safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
- Conducting quality controls
- Communication with the customer
- Deputy of the site management in case of absence
Your Profile
- Good oral and written German skills
- Service orientation, independence and flexibility
- Experience in cleaning or hospitality is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- PC skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Foreign applicants require a valid C residence permit or
- B permit with employment
