Responsibilities:
Complete order processing including material disposition of procurement parts, order initiation and monitoring in SAP
Ensuring timely supply while adhering to Bühler quality standards and agreed conditions
Handling deviation reports and customer complaints, recording and maintaining data in CAQ
Implementing the defined purchasing strategy as Lead Buyer for assigned suppliers
Maintaining master data and information in the systems
Maintaining contacts with customers as well as internal and external contacts
Qualifications:
Technical / commercial basic training with ideally commercial further education (technical clerk, process specialist or similar)
Practical experience in purchasing technical goods in an industrial environment
Good knowledge of production processes as well as very good IT user skills, MS Office and SAP
Assertiveness and teamwork skills
Good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
