Draftsperson specialising in Architecture as a Practical Trainer

Your field of activity

• In close collaboration with architectural firms, sales, project management and specialist planners, you develop economical and sustainable timber construction solutions
• From the initial idea to execution, you advise and support clients, architects and internal stakeholders
• You develop concepts, designs and plans for exciting timber construction projects such as schools, residential and office buildings
• You continuously develop your expertise in timber construction and wood technology and bring new insights into the projects
• As a practical trainer, you joyfully accompany our apprentices on their journey, impart your expertise in a practical manner, promote an open learning culture and actively shape the further development of our training

Your foundation

• You have successfully completed training as a draftsperson specialising in architecture EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You are proficient in using common CAD programmes and ideally already have experience with Revit
• Your pronounced technical and planning understanding is complemented by an exact, structured and independent way of working
• You are enthusiastic about training and supporting apprentices; initial experience as a practical trainer is a plus, the corresponding course is either already completed or you are willing to undertake it
• With your patience, natural authority and communication skills, you create a motivating environment for young people and convince in everyday work through your appreciative manner
