Job Description

• You write job advertisements, you are in contact with candidates and you find suitable jobs for them
• You acquire new clients in the region and actively maintain existing relationships
• You actively network with companies and professionals, thereby building a strong regional network
• You support your employees during their assignments and assist them with all relevant concerns
• You ensure smooth administrative processes

We expect

• Background in the craft-construction sector and/or in the commercial sector with knowledge of the construction field
• Extroverted, sales-oriented and telephone-savvy
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• You come from the canton of Aargau and are familiar with the area
• Driving licence category B
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
