Technical Project Management (m/f/d)

Role:
You take responsibility for implementing the technical concept according to the project contract and ensure that all requirements are met
You optimise the plant design considering the project budget, schedule, as well as company policies, standards, and customer specifications
You organise the planning processes, determine project progress, and ensure the required quality throughout the project
You coordinate the technical disciplines and lead and manage the engineering team, especially regarding resources, tasks, deadlines, and costs. You support the project team with technical know-how and sound expertise
You create standards and the project-specific engineering manual in close coordination with the client and internal interfaces
You review and approve services, including those from suppliers, for accuracy and completeness and take care of planning and managing FATs and SATs
You are responsible for creating, reviewing, updating, and approving documents to ensure project quality
You monitor and participate in identifying project risks and develop plans to mitigate risks
You moderate project meetings and act as the interface to the client for all technical matters
Responsibilities:
You have a completed technical degree specialising in process engineering, plant or mechanical engineering, or a similar field
Training in project management is an advantage and complements your technical expertise
You think entrepreneurially, act customer-oriented, and know how to lead complex projects to success
You bring several years of professional experience in engineering management of large projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical plant sector
You have comprehensive interdisciplinary technical know-how as well as sound experience in engineering industrial projects
You possess excellent communication and organisational skills to successfully coordinate projects
You demonstrate strong leadership skills and team orientation, combined with commitment and a pronounced hands-on mentality
You speak very good English and also German
You are willing to travel, mainly within the DACH region, to accompany and support projects on site
