HR Business Partner (a), 100% - fixed term for 7-8 months

For a sabbatical cover, we are seeking a committed individual for 7-8 months as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will competently, solution-orientedly, and with a good sense for people and organisations, support our managers and teams.

Ideally, you will be available from November/December 2026 and able to ensure the cover of our team member in this role until the end of June/July 2026.

Your tasks:

• Advising and supporting managers on all HR and leadership topics
• Accompanying central HR processes along the employee life cycle, especially in the areas of development, talent management, succession planning, performance, and consequence management
• Supporting change and organisational projects as well as actively shaping their implementation
• Advising managers and employees on labour law issues
• Designing and conducting training sessions and workshops
• Participating in projects and HR initiatives to further develop our HR work
• Representing HR in various committees and acting as a professional interface to relevant stakeholders

Your profile:

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by HR further training, as well as several years of professional experience
• At least five years of experience in a consulting HR function, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical environment
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and confident practical application
• Experience in change management as well as talent development and the ability to accompany changes with clarity and empathy
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc is an advantage
• Well-organised, efficient, and pragmatic working style
• Strong communication skills, solution orientation, and trustworthiness
