A SAP/HR Specialist (80-100%)

with the Human Resources Department, in Sion

Your tasks

You participate in the maintenance, configuration and development of SAP HR solutions in areas related to human resources management
You analyse user needs and design, with business and IT specialists, simple, reliable solutions adapted to HR processes
You actively participate in the digitalisation of the HR information system and the integration of new solutions
You contribute to the development of HR reporting to better highlight and exploit data
You lead or participate in IT/HR projects, from needs analysis to production deployment
You contribute to the integration of various applications and data exchanges within the HR information system
You work in collaboration with the Cantonal IT Service and other internal or external partners
You assume responsibilities in human resources management, notably the processing of personnel files

Your profile

University of Applied Sciences degree in computer science or equivalent training
Professional experience in configuring and maintaining the SAP/HR module and a good understanding of HR processes
Knowledge in Business Intelligence and/or the SAP SuccessFactors suite is an asset
Experience in integrating new IT solutions and project management
Interest in personnel management issues
Strong and proven sense of analysing user needs
Ease in written and verbal communication
Organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the second official language, as well as English
