Responsibilities:
Responsibility for resolving audit findings, incident management, and optimisation of customer networks
Planning, implementation, and management of IT projects in the areas of network, WLAN, and network security
Active participation in 3rd-level support as well as remote and on-site customer support
Creation of network architectures, concepts, and documentation as well as support with interface issues
Responsibility for scripting, automation, products, and technologies in the network environment
Qualifications:
Completed training and further education in network engineering as well as at least 4 years of professional experience
In-depth knowledge of switching, routing, zoning concepts, WLAN, firewalls, and data centre networks
Experience in network analysis, IT projects as well as with Fortinet
Driving licence category B and willingness to travel for business
Very good German language skills spoken and written
