What you achieve

• You support reliable 1st-level support in new and existing business for insurance brokers in Switzerland through your work
• You process adjustments to insurance contracts, enter data into the systems, create quotes according to customer needs, and ensure timely processing
• You provide professional information to internal and external contacts
• You identify optimisation potentials and support the implementation of improvements

What you bring

• Ideally, you have a business administration or insurance-related education or training, or you are currently undergoing such education or training
• You work in a service- and customer-oriented manner and keep an overview even with a higher workload
• You are characterised by initiative, reliability, a structured way of working, and strong implementation skills
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team as well as with various internal and external stakeholders
• Ideally, you have good knowledge of front- and backend systems
• You have very good German and/or French skills and ideally bring additional language skills (national languages)
